Team packs unlock the same Pro features through a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or account setup for your users.
Assign your people
Your organization chooses the named people covered by the pack. No user roster needs to be submitted. Keep the key within your organization, shared only with licensed users and the administrators helping them activate Pro.
Activate on work computers
Each licensed person can use Pro on the Windows computers they personally use for your organization’s work. The activation allowance is shared across the team; it does not increase the number of people covered.
Keep working as things change
You can reassign a person’s place when they leave or change roles, provided they stop using Pro under that license. The key may not be resold or distributed outside your organization.

What counts as an activation?
The 5-user pack includes 40 activation instances, and the 10-user pack includes 80. These are shared across your team. The first activation uses one instance from your shared allowance. A new Windows profile, erased activation data or a clean Windows reinstall may use another. Normal launches and app updates reuse saved activation data when it is available.
What if we use up the allowance?
If legitimate replacements or reinstalls exhaust the allowance, contact support with your order details so we can review the license.
