  1. Open the Store page

    Use the installation button above to open Display Dimmer in Microsoft Store.

  2. Install the app

    Select Get or Install, then wait for installation to finish.

  3. Set your brightness

    Open Display Dimmer, choose a display or All Displays, and adjust the brightness slider.

Display control options

Hardware brightness control depends on your monitor and connection, and may require enabling DDC/CI in the monitor’s menu. Software dimming may be available when hardware control is not.
